Corn Cheese (콘치즈)

It’s corn cheese time!!! This recipe is soooooo simple and sooooo delicious. I think this will be an amazing party recipe if you ever host one in the future! It’s a sweet cheesy deliciousness with a savory taste from the corn. I think you can use any pan, but I like using my cast Iron for this because it enhances the fire-y burnt(?) taste AND you can put it in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Corn (1 Can)

  • Mozarella Cheese (Your liking)

  • Butter (1 Tbsp)

  • Mayonnaise* (2 Tbsp)

  • Sugar (1 Tbsp)

  • Garlic Powder (Your Liking)

  • Italian Seasoning/Parsley (Your Liking)

  • Salt* (Optional)

Korey's Note

  • Mayonnaise:* You can use whatever Mayonnaise! But if you use low-fat, increase the butter content I only had lowfat one so I added 2 Tbsp of butter instead.
  • Salt:* You can add salt to give it more of a sweet & salty taste
