
Today I made Japchae with y’all, so here’s the recipe for it! It’s a great celebration meal, so perfect for the holidays as well. Keep in mind that the traditional version will use some sort of a meat (pork usually), and more veggies like spinach, and bell peppers, but I was too lazy to get more groceries and deal with raw meat so I just made a vegetarian version haha.

Dangmyeon* (handfull)
Onion (Large 1/2)
Mushrooms* (About 5 Large)
Carrots (2 small)
Paprika* (1 tsp)
Soy Sauce* (3-4 Tbsp)
Sesame Oil* (1.5 Tbsp)
Sugar (1 Tbsp)
Salt & Pepper (Your liking)
Ggae* (Your liking)
Rice* (If you want to eat this as a side dish)
